The AirPura T400 main objective is to provide fast and effective abatement of most toxic chemicals in cigarette and tobacco smoke and to guarantee exceptional level of protection from primary and secondhand smoke in open areas or adjacent areas up to 1012 sq. ft.

Oversize Activated Carbon Filter Canister

The oversize 2 inch deep activated carbon canister is the core of the AirPura T400 air filtration system. Filled with generous amount (12 lbs.) of coconut shell activated carbon adsorbent, it guarantees great protection from exposure to most chemicals and odors in cigarette, cigar tobacco smoke as well as from vaping fumes and aerosols.

HEPA-Barrier Post Filter

The single layer HEPA-Barrier post filter (on the frame) provides an adequate removal of household allergens, dust and other airborne pollutants such as.

• Microscopic ash in tobacco smoke, wildfire smoke and smoke from wood burning stove.
• Mold and plant spores
• Pollen
• pet dander
• bird feather dust
• airborne pathogens: microbes, bacteria, germs
• ground talc

Tar-Barrier Pre-filter (Standard)

The Tar-Barrier pre-filter placed right behind the perforated metal mesh of the T400 air purifier intake traps sticky tars and larger size particulates in cigarette, tobacco smoke. The tar-barrier pre-filter helps protect main filters from faster contamination and extend their lifetime.
Pre-filter can be vacuumed using a regular vacuum cleaner right through the metal grill of the air purifier's air intake and replaced when gets dirty or ruined, typically  every 12 to 18 months (under normal operating conditions).

Non-Off-Gassing Gaskets

The top and bottom gaskets create a tight seal of the filter compartment, preventing air leakage while enhancing the air filtration efficiency and air cleaning performance.

AirPura T400 features the powerful, energy efficient and extra quiet integrated Motor/Fan used in all 400 Series units.
The powerful motor/fan delivers an impressive air flow of 360 CFM making the AirPura T400 effective in purifying air in large areas up to 1012 sq. ft.
The Electronically Controlled Motor (ECM) with 3 Speed speed settings makes it easy to find the fan speed for all air cleaning conditions.
The factory-balanced one-piece integrated Motor/Fan guarantees smooth, vibration and noise-free operation.
The compact motor/fan design allows to accommodate larger, more efficient filters.
The electric motor and wiring enclosed in the top chamber do not get in contact with filtered air and prevent its possible re-contamination.

AirPura T400 Power Supply Options

The standard AirPura T400 version comes equipped with the motor and power cord for 120V/60Hz the North American electricity standard (USA, Canada, Mexico).
The optional 220-240V/50Hz motor and the power cord with different plug design are available for overseas customers at Extra cost.
The type of the electric plug can be provided in the Comments box of the Shopping Cart during the ordering process.

AirPura T400 Housing Design

The AirPura T400 compact all metal housing is exceptionally durable, impact resistant and has a minimal footprint.
The thermoset baked-on powder coating forms durable scratch, scuff and stain resistant protective surface layer.
The appliance quality powder coating doesn't release any off-gassing and is totally chemically inert.
The available standard Black and White textured colors along with the optional Champagne give the AirPura T400 a modern attractive appearance. 
The 360° polluted air intake (lower section) and the 360° clean air outlet (top section) help improve the overall air purifier performance and even clean air distribution.
The clean air outlet at the top of the unit prevents floor dust and dirt from being recirculated in the room.
The standard rubber pads on the base of AirPura T400 help eliminate vibration, reduce noise and ensure positional stability.
The wheeled bottom plate is available option for those who need require a mobility.

AirPura T400 Maintenance

The AirPura T400 air purifier requires minimal maintenance and is virtually maintenance free.
The simple maintenance is limited to the following:

• vacuum the pre-filter with a vacuum cleaner and a soft brush every few weeks (on average).
• replace the pre-filter when it gets very dirty or ruined - typically every 12 to 18 months.
• replace the HEPA and Carbon filters according to the manufacturer's specification or the filter condition.
• wipe off or vacuum dust from the air purifier housing -  when needed.

The AirPura T400 Ships Free by FedEx Ground (default) or UPS Standard delivery services in Continental USA and Canada with an options "Adult Signature Required".

Unless stated otherwise, there are No Tariffs, No Duties and No US Tax for all US and Canadian customers.
AirPura T400 air purifiers are shipped in the special durable triple-wall corrugated cardboard boxes with ample of padding materials and cushioning to ensure protection from possible damages in transit under most conditions.
Nevertheless, it is strongly recommended to inspect the shipping box and the content for possible damages in transit upon arrival.
If upon arrival the unit is found Damaged or Defective, it will be promptly replaced with new one Free of Charge.
The problem with the unit has to be reported to the courier at a time of delivery and to our company's customer service without a delay to arrange its prompt replacement.
