True HEPA Filter

The AirPura V400 employs large 1-inch deep True HEPA filter containing 40 sq. ft. of Certified True HEPA filter media. The medical grade True HEPA filter traps over 99.97% of all solid airborne contaminants down to 0.3 micron in size and provides an exceptional protection from exposure to sub-micron allergens, lung damaging dust, airborne pathogens, etc.
The range of solid airborne pollutants effectively removed by True HEPA filter includes, but is not limited to:

Polyester Pre-filter (Standard)

AirPura V400 air purifier employs the polyester based Pre-filter located right behind the perforated metal mesh of the air intake as the first stage of the AirPura V400 air filtration system. The pre-filter traps large dust and dirt particulates and protects fine True HEPA filter from faster contamination by large particulates and extends the main filters' lifetime.
Pre-filter can be conveniently vacuumed from the outside right through the metal grill of the air purifier's polluted air intake. the pre-filter is good for 12 to 18 months (under normal use and operation) and has to be replaced when it gets very dirty or ruined.

Unbleached Pesticide-Free Cotton Pre-Filter (optional)

The optional unbleached Pesticide-free cotton pre-filter is available instead of the Standard polyester based pre-filter for concerned individuals.

Super HEPA Filter Upgrade - AirPura V414

The AirPura V400 can be equipped with the optional 99.99% @ 0.3 micron efficiency Super HEPA filter instead of the standard 99.97% @ 0.3 micron efficiency True HEPA filter at extra cost. The Super HEPA filter offers higher air filtration efficiency in trapping sub-micron allergens, dust, airborne pathogens and provides a Superior level of protection to individuals with respiratory illnesses and ailments. The AirPura V400 air purifier version equipped with a Super HEPA filter bares the model number AirPura V414. To upgrade to the AirPura V414 equipped with the Super HEPA filter select the Super HEPA filter option from the HEPA Filter pull-sown menu.

AirPura V400 is equipped with a powerful, energy efficient and extra quiet single piece compact integrated Motor/Fan.
The powerful motor/fan delivers an impressive air flow of 360 CFM (open air) on High setting which enables the AirPura V400 effectively purify the air in large areas up to 1012 sa. at.
The Electronically Controlled Motor (ECM) with 3 Speed settings helps easily find the optimal air flow and the air cleaning performance in all air cleaning situations.
The AirPura V400 one-piece integrated Motor/Fan assembly is factory balanced to guarantee a vibration and noise-free operation.
The compact design of a motor / fan takes minimal space in the air purifier housing allowing to accommodate larger size filters.
The AirPura V400 electric motor and electric components are isolated in a separate chamber at the top deck of the unit to eliminate a contact of the already filtered air with the air purifier components and wiring and thus preventing it from possible re-contamination.

The standard version of AirPura V400 features the motor and power cord for 120V/60Hz the North American electricity standard (USA, Canada, Mexico).

The 360° perforated mesh polluted air intake (lower section of the unit) improves the overall air purifier performance.

• wipe off or vacuum the dust from the air purifier housing -  when needed.

Currently, there are no other charges or fees associated with the border crossing shipments to US customers.
AirPura V400 air purifiers are shipped in durable triple-wall corrugated cardboard boxes with abundant padding and cushioning.
The packaging provides excellent protection from possible damages in transit under most circumstances.
Nevertheless, it is strongly recommended to inspect the shipping box and the content for possible damages in transit upon arrival.
If upon arrival the unit is found to be Damaged or Defective, it will be promptly replaced with new one Free of Charge.
The problem with the unit has to be reported to the carrier at a time of delivery and to our company's customer service without a delay to arrange a prompt replacement.
