Amaircare 6000V AirWash Cart Air Purifier draws in the polluted air through the 12' x 10' opening at the top panel of the unit. The polluted air is pushed through the 6000V AirWash Cart air filtration system (multiple configurations available) where it's cleaned from all types of air pollutants and air contaminants. The purified air is vented out through the 8-inch diameter duct collar outlet back into the room or connected to a flexible or rigid ventilation hose to create the negative or positive pressure rooms.

The Amaircare 6000V AirWash Cart employs a 3-Stage air filtration system with customizable options for various levels of chemical adsorption.

Pre-filter (1st Stage)
The first stage of the air filtration system of Amaircare 6000V AirWash Cart is a foam pre-filter. The foam pre-filter wraps around the True HEPA filter or the Ultra VOC canister. The foam pre-filter captures large dust and dirt particles. It is washable and re-usable filter and lasts for up to 12 months.
One replacement foam pre-filter is included with Standard,  Plus or Ultra Annual Filter kits used in Amaircare 6000V AirWash Cart.

True HEPA Filter (2nd Stage)
The Amaircare 6000V AirWash Cart air purifier employs an oversize 16-inch tall Easy-Twist True HEPA filter for effective removal of all allergens, lung damaging dust, cigarette smoke, pollen, etc.
The True HEPA fllter is packed with an impressive 100 sq. ft. of certified True HEPA filter media. This makes Amaircare 6000V AirWash Cart air purifier a True powerhouse in trapping of all solid airborne contaminants and ensures a long filter's lifetime - up to 3 to 5+ years.
The Easy-Twist HEPA filter design ensures a 100% seal of the filter chamber and guarantees that no polluted air by-passes the filters.

Activated Carbon Filter (3rd Stage)
Amaircare 6000V AirWash Cart air purifier offers a choice of several Chemical / Odor filter options depending on the customer's requirements. They include:

Carbon Blanket Filter (standard)
The standard carbon blanket filter is a 1/2' thick non-woven polyester based filter imbued 200% with Activated Carbon. It provides an adequate removal of most regular household chemicals and odors, including cigarette smoke.
The carbon blanket filter's lifetime: 6 month (on average).
A set of 2 replacement Inner Carbon blanket filters is included with Amaircare 6000V AirWash Cart Standard Annual Filter Kit

VOC Filter Canister (optional)
The optional VOC Canister can be used instead of carbon blanket filter to boost the air filtration efficiency for hazardous VOCs and other chemical substances released by household items, office electronics, construction materials, etc.
The VOC canister is filled with 6 lbs (2.72 kg) of either 100% Activated carbon or Amaircare proprietary Formaldezorb adsorbent.
The Formaldezorb adsorbent is a special blend designed to significantly improve the adsorption capacity for Formaldehyde, VOCs, pesticides, ammonia and other specific chemical substances.
The VOC canister's lifetime: up to 12 months.

ULTRA VOC Filter Canister (optional)
The ULTRA VOC canister offers a massive amount (30 lbs. / 13.6 kg) of 100% activated granulated carbon adsorbent. The huge amount of adsorbent combined with an extended dwelling time in a deep carbon bed delivers the unparalleled air filtration efficiency in removal of most hazardous VOCs, dangerous chemical substances, toxic fumes and most other chemicals in high concentrations.
The specially formulated adsorbent blend is available on demand at extra cost for specific groups of chemicals.

Amaircare 6000V AirWash Cart commercial air purifier employs a powerful thermally protected insulated motor with centrifugal fan.
High Efficiency AC Backward Curved Motor delivers the maximum air flow of 600 CFM (delivered air flow).
The one-piece Motor/Fan assembly is factory balanced to ensure a vibration and noise-free operation.
The motor is rated for a long continuous operation at high RPM and is run tested for 50,000 hours of continuous operation.
The level of noise ranges from 37 dB on Low to 67 dB on High at 6' distance.
