Amaircare 4000 VOC CHEM Description

Amaircare 4000 VOC CHEM connects to the exhaust vent of a plotter, a printer or to a hood of a soldering or welding station using the 6-inch diameter flexible or rigid hose. The Amaircare 4000 VOC CHEM creates a negative pressure that draws the VOCs, toxic fumes and gases created in the process through the air filtration system of the unit. The polluted air passes through the oversize carbon canister filled with 30 lb. of granulated carbon, where it is cleaned of all harmful VOCs, toxic fumes and gases. The purified air then vented out back into the workplace area through louvered vents located on four sides of the lower deck of the air purifier.

The foam pre-filter is washable and re-usable.

ULTRA VOC Filter Canister (2nd Stage)

The ULTRA VOC canister is filled with a massive amount (30 lbs. / 13.6 kg) of adsorbent. Such a huge amount of adsorbent combined with an extended dwelling time in 2.5-inch deep carbon bed results in the unparalleled air filtration efficiency and adsorption capacity in removal of most hazardous VOCs, dangerous chemical substances, toxic fumes and most other chemicals in high concentrations that are produced as a by-product by laser engraving, printing, welding, soldering process, etc.
The ULTRA VOC canister is available with 30 lbs. of either:

• 100% Carbon adsorbent for extra efficient removal of most regular chemicals and moderate VOCs.
