Air Filtration System

• Extra Large 3-inch deep filter canister with Formaldehyde adsorbent.
  Extra large canister filled with colossal amount (26 lbs.) of industrial strength specialty adsorbent is what sets the AirPura F600DLX apart from all other AirPura models. It contains a blend of 65% activated granulated carbon and 35% of Potassium Permanganate (special additive). This adsorbent blend significantly increases the adsorption capacity of AirPura F600DLX in removal of Heavy Formaldehyde, VOCs and other specific chemicals in high concentrations. The 3-inch deep carbon bed extends the dwelling time for polluted air in the canister and therefore helps accelerate the process of chemical adsorption.
  Important Notice!
  After the initial formaldehyde (VOCs) problem is resolved, the oversize canister can be replaced with combination of standard conventional particle (True HEPA) and chemical (carbon canister) filters to continue enjoying the benefit of clean air in your home or office. 
  
  
• HEPA-Barrier Post Filter.
  The AirPura F600DLX oversize filter canister occupies almost the entire filter compartment leaving no room for a standard size HEPA filter. Therefore, to provide an adequate filtration of the air from most common allergens and dust, the single layer HEPA-Type filter barrier on the frame is used instead.
  
  
• Pre Filter.
  Standard Polyester Pre-filter is the first stage of the air filtration system. It trap most of visible size dust and dirt particles, which provides protection to main filters from faster contamination and helps extend their lifetime.

Motor Fan Assembly

The AirPura F600DLX powerful, energy efficient backward impeller (Motor/Fan) rated at 560 CFM is a standard throughout the AirPura air purifier lineup. The single-piece Motor/Fan assembly is factory balanced to provide a vibration and noise-free operation. The AirPura F600DLX variable speed control with integrated On/Off switch allows users to select the most appropriate speed setting for any operating conditions, application or household activity.
The placement of the electric motor, electric components and wiring in a separate chamber at the top of the unit helps eliminate their contact with the filtered air and prevent its re-contamination by possible off-gassing.
The AirPura F600DLX unit can be equipped with optional motor and power cord for use with 220-240 Volts, 50 Hz power supply per customer's specification at Extra cost.

AirPura F600DLX Housing

AirPura F600DLX inherits the AirPura unified durable and impact resistant the all metal housing.
The appliance quality baked-on powder coating is available in three modern attractive textured finishes: Black, White and Beige (cream).
Its durable scratch, scuff and stain resistant surface fits most decors and will retain its original appearance for many years.
The powder coat is totally chemically inert.
The 360° polluted air intake (3/4 lower section of the unit) helps reduce the back pressure and increase the air flow.
The 360° clean air outflow at the top deck of the unit away from dust and dirt on the floor promotes even clean air distribution.
Four Wheel Casters attached to the bottom panel allow an effortless movement of heavy air purifier in the cleaning area.

The standard AirPura F600DLX units are equipped with 110-120V/60Hz electric motor and a power cord with North American 3-prong plug with ground pin.
The optional electric motor and power cord for 220-240V, 50Hz power supply is available per customer's specification at Extra cost.
