AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM
True HEPA Filter
Hospital Grade HEPA filter. Over 40 sq ft of effective surface on either side.
10 Pleats per linear inch - more HEPA media in the filter.
Spacers between the pleats ensure even particle filtration and air distribution.
Warm rolled filter making process prevents cracking and tearing of HEPA filter media.
Traps over 99.97% of all airborne contaminates down to 0.3 micron in size.
Effectively traps particles smaller than 0.3 micron at a rate below 99.97 %.
Filter's lifetime*: 3 to 5+ years.
True HEPA Filter with Optional Metal Caps.
Amaircare R600+ air purifiers employ HEPA filter with Metal top and bottom caps (flanges) instead of standard Poly-carbon ones.
Metal HEPA filters caps have the following benefits:
Increased the integrity and rigidity of HEPA filter and the filter chamber.
Tighter sealed HEPA filter further improves the overall filtration efficiency.
Metal caps produce absolutely no off-gassing.
Activated Carbon Filter
Over 18 lbs of Activated Granular Carbon (from Coconut Shell) in a separate canister.
Best adsorbent for removal of 4000 regular chemicals and odors.
2" Deep carbon bed extends the dwell time and increases the air filtration efficiency.
Effective surface area - 570 sq in.
Carbon canister can be replaced or refilled.
Durable non off-gassing the all metal casing.

Pre Filter
Polyester based, vacuumable.

Two unbleached pesticides-free cotton filters surround the carbon canister.

Vacuum Seal Gaskets
Top and bottom Felt gaskets pressure seal the filter chamber.

Motor/Fan Assembly
High Efficiency PSC Motor with backward curved impeller fan.
Variable speed control allows to set the optimal air flow in all situation.
One Piece Motor/Fan assembly is a factory balanced for vibration-free operation.
Eliminates vibration associated with conventional motor/fan designs and minimizes noise.
Compact motor/fan design allows more room for placement of larger filters.
